Professional responsibilities
- Identifying of lack of human resources in the company’s departments in cooperation with
leads/directors, opening of new position based on the requests of leads/management; - Conducting of wide-spread candidate search through different channels as well as targeted
recruiting; - Initial scanning of candidate’s CVs, filtering off candidates obviously unfit to positions in
consideration; - Arranging of remote / in-house interview sessions for candidates, participation in it if
necessary; - Paperwork follow-up on hiring decision;
- Arranging of intermediate and final interviews during candidate test period, paperwork
follow-up; - Participation when necessary in regular employee interview, paperwork follow-up in case of
employee promotion; - Conducting of farewell interviews in case of employee agreement termination;
- Collaboration with BoI government agency in the process of visa and work permit acquiring
for foreign employees; - Maintaining of corporate structure by updating the organization chart and other relevant
documents with data on new employees, positions, job descriptions etc.; - Regular updating of management with stats on employee workload, overtime, days off etc.
- Creation of supportive HR documentation;
Skillset / toolset
- Detailed knowledge of game development related professions, professional demands and
limitations to them; - Ability to define game-related job descriptions;
- Basic use of Confluence-like wiki;
- Basic use of Jira and/or another project management tool;
- Good level of professional English proficiency;
- Native Thai speaker;
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience on the position of HR manager.
